Young people often feel overwhelmed when they encounter the “real world” of work and business. One of the challenges is about how to conduct themselves appropriately in professional contexts. This course aims at providing young people basic ideas and guidelines regarding business etiquette in the areas of online and written communication, in-person interactions, and service provision. By completing the course, students will feel more prepared and empowered in the workplace.
- Understand the meaning and importance of business etiquette

- Understand the etiquette in meetings and professional networking situations
